The Process Division of the Office of Fayette County Sheriff is responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely service of a multitude of court-related documents. These documents range from criminal and civil summonses to subpoenas. Our highly trained Deputies and Process Division Staff pride themselves on their ability to serve even the hardest-to-locate individuals and to execute the toughest court-ordered documents.
