ATTENTION: The Sheriff's tax sale for 2007 property tax bills was held April 24th, 2008, at 10:00am Eastern in the Fayette District Courthouse. A search on any bill which does not show a status of "Paid" indicates that the bill may now be delinquent. For information on these real estate bills, please contact the Fayette County Clerk's Office at (859) 253-3344. For information on delinquent tangible or intangible bills, please contact the Fayette County Attorney's Office at (859) 254-4941.

The Fayette County Property Valuation Administrator is responsible for determining the taxable value of your property and any exemptions to which you may be entitled. If you have questions regarding your assessment or exemptions, please contact the PVA at 859-246-2722.
